Welcome to Docu-Stamp, a service brand of Tres Midas Document Processing Corp. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or availing of any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Our Services

Docu-Stamp is a private service provider that assists clients with the coordination, facilitation, and follow-up of document processing in the Philippines. We are not a government agency, embassy, or representative of any public institution. Our role is purely administrative—ensuring your applications and document requests are handled efficiently and lawfully.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Any delay or rejection arising from inaccurate or falsified details shall not be the liability of Docu-Stamp. We reserve the right to decline service if documents appear altered or invalid.

3. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made through our authorized and verified channels (such as GCash, PayMongo, or bank transfer). Processing will commence only after payment confirmation.

All service prices are inclusive of 12% Value-Added Tax (VAT) and any applicable government or courier fees unless otherwise stated. We maintain full transparency in our quotations and invoices, providing a clear breakdown of costs before you proceed.

Official receipts are issued by Tres Midas Document Processing Corp. (Docu-Stamp) for every confirmed payment. Any additional courier, re-processing, or government surcharges will be disclosed beforehand and billed only with your consent.

4. Turnaround and Delays

Processing timelines are approximate and dependent on third-party agencies such as the DFA, PSA, CHED, PRC, and various embassies. We strive to meet committed schedules but cannot guarantee exact release dates. Docu-Stamp shall not be held liable for delays caused by government backlogs, system errors, courier disruptions, or force-majeure events.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All documents and personal data are handled in strict confidence and processed only for lawful and declared purposes. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, ensuring appropriate organizational, technical, and physical safeguards are in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity or profit, beyond our direct control.

7. Intellectual Property
