Docu-Stamp is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This policy sets out when and how a client may request a refund or cancellation.
Payment for our services constitutes confirmation that you wish to proceed. Once processing has begun or official submissions to government or embassy offices have been made, fees become non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel before any submission or appointment scheduling, you may do so within 24 hours of payment. A 50% administrative deduction will apply to cover coordination and booking costs.
Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method (e.g., GCash, PayMongo, bank transfer). Allow 7 – 14 business days for completion. Transaction or platform fees deducted by third-party processors are non-reversible.
